Martin is a Senior Manufacturing Professional with a broad background that includes Strategic Alignment & Deployment of Business Requirements / Continuous Process Improvement, Quality Directorship for the leading Gen-Set Locomotive OEM, Engineering Project Management with over US$30,000,000 in successful OEM Projects, CNC Programming Department & Engineering Workflow Re-Design and ~ $5,000,000 in Formal DMAIC Cost Savings Projects  ~$10,000,000 in Production and Engineering throughput improvements in a 4 year period before entering Consulting.

His experience also includes Industrial, Manufacturing, Project and Facilities Engineering, and also Aerospace Design and Project Management with the Prototype Design and Manufacture of Satellite Components including Fail-Safe Solar Panels and a Mounting / Deployment Mechanism for use with Delta II Rockets.

Martin is a lifelong learner with a B.S. In Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Weber State University and has a Graduate Certificate in Lean Six Sigma and M.S. Industrial Management from The University of Central Missouri, and is a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence & Six Sigma Green Belt.
